Established under the name “Machine Tools, Accessories and Tools” – IMUAS – later known by the beneficiaries under the name of “Ramira”, with the sole Romanian state shareholder, the company was one of the most famous manufacturers and exporters of machine building – honed, bent, dull and sharp, with accessories and related tools. They started an investment and reorganization program consisting of acquisitions of production equipment.
